Our Founder Chairman & Managing Director : Mr. K.S.Subrahmaniyen ( 1939 – 2006)

KS as he was more popularly known in the business world , founded AGIL in 1991 as part of the family business enterprise that he had been asssociated with since his graduation in 1960. Seeing the future direction of the liner agency business that was previously the mainstay , KS steered AGIL into a value driven Organisation providing effective Logistics solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. KS left behind a legacy for the Organisation to uphold after his untimely demise in 2006.

Comprising of the founder’s family members , the Board sets the overall strategic direction and policies of the company. Mr.Shankar , leads the day to day functioning of the company having been involved in this business for over 2 decades.
