Congestion at NSICT
Dear Customer,
Please be advised that heavy inventory build up at the NSICT (Terminal) at Nhava Sheva, has resulted in a congestion at the Terminal. As per latest reports, inventory at NSICT terminal has crossed 18,360 TEUs which is over and above the Terminal’s optimum capacity.
Subsequently, the congestion has led to a delay in shifting of Export containers to NSICT for loading on scheduled vessels and railing of Import containers to their respective ICD Locations.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this congestion at NSICT, which is beyond the control of Maersk Line.
