A practical nuance: Chinese CE certificates, even genuine ones, have no direct validity in Ukraine. Test reports from accredited laboratories can be taken into account by the assessment body, which makes the procedure cheaper, but the document itself must be issued under the Ukrainian procedure to a specific responsible party — the manufacturer or the importer.

Ukraine's technical regulations
